i woke up at about 0530. very hungry. went downstairs for breakfast.

watched an episode of the simpsons. fell asleep around 0730.

watched cbs sunday morning, abc's round table.

e. was gathering fallen sticks so i joined her for a couple of hours. lots of sticks down in the yard. we made a dent but there are a lot to go.

we watched a documentary about david suchet's portrayal of hercule poirot. interesting. we thought it was a poirot episode so we were a little disappointed. watched a ltitle of the academy awards. elizabeth went up to bed to read.

i fell asleep on the couch for a while.woke up around 11:30. in bed by twelve. mask on until i got up at about 1:30  Mask on again when i went back to bed. mask off when I woke up at 5:40.

0601 32 deg F clear, calm

i used the bipap again last night. i slept with it for about 1.5-2 hours. i felt like i had the mask adjusted better this time. need to adjust the humidifier. need a magnifier or glasses next to the machine to make it easier to restart when i'm groggy in the middle of the night.

in the  last two nights i've only gotten up to go to the bathroom twice during the night. usual is three or four. seems to be related to the bipap. don't know why.

i've got to look at rearranging the room. hard to get to the machine as it is.

woke up at 0520 this morning. felt ok. knees, elbows not aching so much. shoulder was quite stiff.

i went down to breakfast at about 0630. elizabeth was already down. she had to be at tudor place by 1000.

e. took the vw to dc. paseo was nearly out of gas.

i used the new bipap for about two hours last night. i've got to get used to take the mask off and putting it back on. went to sleep at about 2300 woke up at 0110 to go to the bathroom. to sleepy to figure out how to get the mask on.

woke up when the alarm went off. kind of unusual.

drove elizabeth to the vre in the morning. got there with about 90 seconds to spare.

planning on going to planet fitness but had to go home to the bathroom. rough morning but felt better by about noon.

woke up too early this morning. woke up at about 0415. came downstairs at 0430.

did dishes that were left over from yesterday. watched murder by death on antenna tv.

i woke up at about 0530. thought about going back to bed. pretty much felt awake so i got up.

we started out for the vre early. just barely caught the last light. betty just barely had time to validate and catch the train. the guy behind her didn't make the train.

did not go to the gym today. stomach has been acting up.

found an error in the payment of the mortgage in february. spent hours correcting the problem. i think it is now resolved.

went to warrenton to get bipap machine. signed most of the papers. have to fill out one more form.

i woke up at about 0445. alarm was set for 0500 so i went ahead and got up. very cold in the house.

i slept in today. got up at about 8:00. i woke at about 5:00 feeling very badly. felt better at 8:00.
