left the office at 5:00. got to the metro at about 5:15 but missed the blue line train. next train was not until 5:25 so i thought i would miss the vre. just barely caught the vre.

talked to claire when i got to broad run. she's doing ok but upset about shannon.

stopped at wegmans on the way home.

i know you shouldn't go to the hot food bar when you are hungry but that was what i felt like. saw jill and jim.

got home around 8:10. fed karma. put out food for other kitties.

not feeling well. going to bed.

i got my copper bracelet today. hope it will help. right knee, hip, shoulder, elbow, and wrist are all giving me problems. shoulder is very sore today.

left the house at about 7:10 and rode the 7:50 train.

stopped at trader joes on the way to work. very hot in the morning.

left the office at 5:30. vre was late. got to broad run at 7:00. e. called and said she was on her way to the metro. drove from broad run to vienna. just as i left it started to rain. serious downpour pretty much the whole way to vienna.

stopped at wawa on the way home.

this is my first paid day off since new year's day 2007. amazing.

thought i had slept really late when i woke up but it was only a little after 7:00. went down at about 7:15

started to feel the summer heat on friday. feels very hot today again.

woke up at about 7:00. sorted out laundry. went down stairs. started to feed karma. e. came down and finished with karma while i put away the clean dishes and loaded the dishwasher.

e. was not feeling well again after shopping.

the weather said it would be sunny today but it was gloomy when i got up and still gloomy the noo.

toast w/ cc was a failed experiment. i guess you need soft cc for that. didn't care for this type of kombucha. i think chia is the same stuff that you put on chia pets.

nothing to eat in the house this am. intended to stop for groceries last night but had to go to petsmart instead.

let e. sleep in. she was tres sick last night. bad cold or some such. maybe flu.

vre and metro had more people than i expected this am.

stopped at wegmans on the way home to pick up a few things.

saw brien, julie, maggie, and a few other folks. julie trained with me and just found out that she has been hired full time. maggie is now working in accounting
