i have not been able to get into my gmail account for the last 10 days or so. an annoying problem with the password. seems to be fixed now.

got up at about 7:00 on sunday. sunny outside for the first time in about a week. nice to see the sun.

dishes in the morning. started working on the recycling at about 10:30. been putting it off. i made a quick trip just to clear out some bins so i'd have room to work.had to wait to dump the first batch. got everything in the 2nd batch and also brought card board. lots of card board. had to wait again for the second load.

went from the recycling site directly to wegmans.

store was insane. took a long time to shop.

got a few items at h-t. fairly busy at h-t.

put away at home. also sorted out the recycling stuff when i got back. turned on the football game and took a nap. watched monty python (including fish slapping).

e. got home a little after 7:00.

watched downton abbey, then to bed.

happy new year!

i woke up at about 4:00 in the morning thinking it was a working day. then i realized i could sleep in. yeah!

slept until about 9:15.

watched a bit of tv, did dishes, started laundry.

pickle spears
iced tea

went out at about 3:30 to go to caribou coffee. everyone else had the same idea.

snack

caramel hi rise
gingerbread pound cake

too crowded at the coffee shop to really relax. chatted for most of an hour then went home.

dinner

asparagus
mac / cheese
iced tea

all good except for the mac/cheese

Hit snooze a numbrer of times in the morning. Finally got up at about 5:00.

Arrived at the office around 9:00. Delivered a batch of 2013 backlist then worked on SOCR the rest of the day.

We got to go home early. caught the 3:45 train. Went to Cracker Barrel for dinner.

got to the office at 8:20. only about 10 people in the office. pretty busy with SK backlist work.

left the office at about 4:30. vre running a special schedule today. caught the 5:10 at l'enfant. train was surprisingly busy. lots of tourists.

e. and c. picked me up at the vre at about 6:30

home before 7:00 for once. ncis marathon.

woke up feeling more rested than usual.

left in time to catch the 6:40 but get behind a very slow car on KELLY!!!!! and stuck behind all the way to piper lane. crap. just missed the 6:40. caught the 7:20. at work by 9:00.

very busy all day with the backlist. can't seem to get the final script to work. fun, fun, fun.

left about 5:00. caught the circulator to roslyn. not crowded on the vre.

stopped at h-t on the way home for a few items.

at philly mike's in crystal city. apparently "philly mike" is a korean family.

left at a little after 5:00. caught the circulator. waited nearly 15 minutes for a train at roslyn.
caught the 6:25 vre. very chilly waiting for the train.

groceries on the way home.

got home around 9:30.
