woke up about 15 minutes before the alarm.

breakfast

bagel w/ butter

hot tea
iced tea

drove e to the vre. conference call at 10. have to go to manassas immediately after the call.

concall rescheduled. went to manassas to get my travel shots.

lunch

meatball sub
chips
soda

from firehouse subs

long concall in the afternoon. drove over to the vre just in time.

dinner

tuna wraps (2)
tater salad
coke
iced tea

christmas in august. we watched the first half of white christmas.
