slept in until about 6 am. e. is going to ala again today. she's already up.

not a lot of breakfast stuff in the house. i meant to go to the store yesterday but never got out.

watched an episode of flight of the conchords. short nap. woke up at 8:00 and found that the house was already getting uncomfortably warm. closed up and turned on the ac.

at panera. quite good. for some reason p. does not call a danish a danish. they call it a cherry pastry. wonder why.

went to lowe's for a few things including a leaf skimmer for the pool. went to wegmans for bagels and bananas and cetera.

missed the england vs. germany match. i thought it was the afternoon match. darn.

laundry in the afternoon and the 2nd half of argentina vs. mexico. i think argentina looks like a finalist. possibly champion. but uruguay and germany both look tough as well. i guess ghana is out in the next round.

we watched an episode of st:tng where worf is the victim of a temporal anomaly. some of the events in this episode seem to be repeated in the series finale. we'll have to see when we get that disk.
