the alarm went off at 7:20. i felt like crap at that time. reset the alarm for 9:00.
phone range at 8:30. i didn't get to it until the last ring. nobody there.
got up at 9:00. freezing. sore throat. ear ache. fever. very cold in the house. raining.

finally got the computer set up upstairs. a little more energy this afternoon.

small bowl of ice cream

dinner
bologna and swiss sandwich (2)
pretzels
iced tea
i watched big bang theory in the evening. then watched the bourne identity again.
