i was going to sleep in because i had a doctor's appointment. e. woke me up before 6 because the basement had flooded and the alarms needed resetting. jeez. and if i may add. louise.

screwed around in the basement for a bit. still raining. didn't know if it might not flood again.

since i was fasting i just drank club soda.

left the house at 7:15 for 8:30 appointment. at 8:15 i was still closer to gainesville than to fairfax so i called the doctor's office to let them know i was running late. they were not open!!!! all this for nothing!

finally got to route 50 and stopped at anita's. i was starving so i got breakfast there.

breakfast

cowboy burrito
home fries
bacon
chips and salsa
iced tea

eat hearty now sure'n i did. always like breakfast at anitas.

found parking pretty easily at vienna. got to the office at around 11:15.

lunch

italian sub
japanese tea

from the uptowner.

we had been told the office would be closing at 7:30 then they changed it to 5:30. left at 5:30.

stopped at lowes to get flood mitigation equipment.

dinner

roast beef sandwich
iced tea
chips
sugar cookie

from pot belly.
