columbus day holiday.

elizabeth is off and i took a floating holiday.

got up around 7:30.

breakfast

cereal
banana
oj
kambucha
coffee
iced tea

left the house around 10:20. caught the metro at vienna and switched to the green line at l'enfant to go to the archives station. went to paul at the archives station for lunch. arrived at noon. very busy at paul so we ended up eating outside in fairly chilly weather.

lunch

prosciutto sandwich
coffee

good sandwich. drank the coffee black which i never do. pretty tasty.

still hungry when we left. we went to get pastry before leaving but a crowd arrived just at that time.

we walked over to the freer. looked at a lot of japanese, chinese, korean, iranian, and indian art.

we went to the castle after that.

iced tea

not such a great idea!

headed back home after that. stopped at home depot in fffx city. stopped at pet smart.

ravioli and chicken back
salad
iced tea

very good. at bertucci's.

watched foyle's war back at home. to bed early.
