i've been getting to bed after 11:00 pretty regularly. when 4:30 rolls around i've been hitting snooze repeatedly.got to break this cycle.

breakfast

bagel w/ cc
banana
oj
iced tea

quite good.

missed the 6:40 train by a few minutes. third time this week.

2nd breakfast

1.5 bagels w/ no topping
iced tea

lorna brought in bagels from panera this am. saved me a journey downstairs.

pretty busy all day. didn't go to lunch until 2:00.

lunch

turkey and cheddar sandwich
chips
dr. pepper

quite good. cranberry spread on the sandwich. nice.

left the office after 5:00. caught the 6:15. stopped at ht on the way home.

dinner

potato soup (2 bowls)
crusty bread
iced tea

dessert

gelato: belgian chocolate.

note the best flavor yet. got through about half of the dishes. bed at 11:30.
