the project i was planning on working on today won't come in until late this evening. i may take the day off today.
it looks like a deer or some other animal ran into our swimming pool filter apparatus. it is so dry around here they may have been attracted to the pool and then bolted over the fence and knocked down the device. did a lot of damage. pool guy will come to check it tomorrow.
tripped over the cat going down stairs. third time in about 10 months. really twisted my knee this time.

from tony's. good pizza. not so good salad.
i watched the first half of the kite runner. will try to watch the 2nd half tomorrow.
watched about half of the vt/bsu game. vt leading when i stopped watching. can't really guess who is likely to win. bsu appears to be having trouble with the humidity. it's 43%. 43% is a joke. it would normally be something like 70% at this time of year.
