woke up with a very sore elbow this morning. i think i must have slept on my arm or something.

had to force myself to go to the gym in the morning. first time at planet fitness since the end of august. funny. p.f. did not seem to have changed. i even recognized a few of people there. it was busier.

i did an easier work out than i used to do. i definitely felt rusty.

stopped at wegmans on the way home to rent a carpet cleaning machine.

conference call at 1:15. lasted almost an hour. basically a waste of time for me. don't know why i was involved.

went to the library and the bank after the con call.

did not agree with me. did not feel well after eating the food.

did chores when i got home.

elizabeth got home a little after 7:00. called out for pizza

watched murdoch after dinner.
