woke up about every two hours over night. finally got up at 6:45.

had to work from 11:15 to 4:45. got a little done before that.

bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich

at wegmans. had to eat something before work.
taking cold meds all day. still had a number of coughing fits at work. very uncomfortable.
dropped off prescription on the way home. prescriptions are actually cheaper at wegmans than walmart.
dinner
grilled ham and cheese sandwich

very sleepy in the evening. watched a bit of a david attenborough series about mammals.
did not sleep well over night.
