woke up at 7:00. sorted laundry. went down at 7:20 and started a load.

e. left for the vre before i came down.

worked on the computer from about 8:30 to about 11:00. left a little early for work.

deposited a check at tfb. went to dick's and found a new watch. old watch died suddenly this week.

training on new scheduling system from 12:30 to about 1:30.

worked up front from 1:30 to 5:30. quite busy. very tiring.

really felt like i needed a blast of sugar. must remember that one donut is plenty.

got home at about 6:15 and did dishes. everything aches.

elizabeth got home around 7:00. very tired.

watched miss marple the chimneys again. i would have sworn i took that off the netflix list.
