woke up at about 5:00 in the ack emma. must have been sleeping on my arm because it hurt like the devil. got up and walked around and shook it until it felt normal. thought about getting up then but decided to stretch my back a bit before getting up.
woke up with the alarm at about 8:00. haven't slept for this long in a very long time. definitely feel more rested.

did a ton of work today. on the computer and chores around the house.
don't remember what i had to eat.
