i slept about ten minutes late this morning. felt like i was running behind from the time i got up until i got to the office.

carried a lot of extra stuff this morning. backpack felt 10 pounds heavier. much colder and windy when i was walking into work today.
got to the office just before 9:00. my office mate, violaine, is celebrating the completion of a difficult project. she brought in pastries from a patisserie nearby. wonderful stuff.

called iris in the late morning. everything's going ok.

worked until about 4:55. metro was not so crowded going home. actually got a seat on the vre.
cool and windy on the way home.
arrived at broad run at about 6:45. went to the post office at gainesville and weighed the package.

watched antiques roadshow and a program about swords and sword fighting.

reese's peanut butter egg.
not feeling well in the evening. very tired. feel like i'm catching a cold.
