written on 21 february at cq press
woke up feeling dreadfully ill on tuesday. alarm went off at about 6:00 because i had a p.t. appointment in the morning. got up and tried to get moving but just felt rotten. called to cancel my appointment. called in sick.
went back to sleep for a few hours.
very little energy all day. managed to do the dishes and get some laundry done but mostly slept and watched tv.
called my mom at about 7:00 and reached karen. apparently i had missed a bunch of email. mommy was in the hospital. pneumonia among other things.
rough day!
