slept in until after 7:00. doctor's appointment in the am.

didn't get up soon enough to catch yon trash dudes.
doctor's appointment at 9:45. he said i needed x-rays. i thought i'd get a referral and start that whole process but they do x-rays on the spot.
he told me to keep up the exercises. it it is still sore in four weeks, call to set up an mri. i'll see him for a follow up in six weeks.

at mcdonald's on route 15.
parked at ballston. (level 6. i must remember. level 6.)
stopped at the uptowner to pick up lunch on the way to the office. got to work around 12:20. very slow going!
