woke up with the alarm at about 4:50. felt absolutely miserable. headache. sore throat. dizzy. sore neck. reset the clock for an hour later. felt worse when it went off. decided to stay in bed. sent an email to work.
slept until about 9:30
breakfast
cereal
banana
oj
iced tea
did a few tiny chores. fell asleep on the couch.
watched a movie.
decided to go to the post office for the death certificates.
lunch
omelette
hash browns
toast
iced tea
coffee
at denny's.
fell asleep on the couch when i got back from denny's. feverish again.
e. got home around seven
dinner
hot dogs (2)
beans
slaw
iced tea
dr. pepper
went to bed early.
