felt so rotten when the alarm went off that i thought about rearranging my schedule. went back to sleep for 30 minutes to decide. woke up again and determined that i would have to take today off.
original plan was to work today and take monday off but i just couldn't get going. throat sore again. bad headache. ear ache.
woke up around 9:00. called jerry. he said all is ok.
breakfast
eggs
fried bologna
toast
oj
iced tea
watched rocky on dvd
watched tv off an on all day. napped off and on. trying aspiring today.
