i woke up at about 5:15. woke up again at 5:45 again. noticed elizabeth wasn't up yet. got her up but she was running late.
went downstairs at about 6:15.
breakfast
bagel w/ cream cheese
banana
oj
coffee
iced tea
we got to the vre on time this morning. e. worked on thursday so she could take friday off.
went to fauquier today. spent about 4 hours total.
lunch
chicken salad sandwich
sun drop
from the little deli that's not a deli near fauquier hospital. if i'd known what the place really had on offer i would have kept driving. it turned out to be an ok sandwich.
went to walmart twice to get e's prescription filled
train was about 30 minutes late at the vre station.
worked for about 3 hrs in the evening.

very good. excellent sandwich. good fries.
i was still hungry so

feel like i've got a bit of a cold. hope to sleep it off tonight.
