had my alarm set for 6:30 so i could do some work early in the am. woke up feeling pretty poorly. reset the alarm several times. finally got up just before 8 and took a shower.

elizabeth drove me to work today since the vw is in the shop. worked from 10:00 to 3:30. busy off and on. felt very hungry for most of the shift.
lunch
mix of chinese food
bagel
starbucks coffee drink
elizabeth drove me home. she was waiting upstairs when I got off.
car was ready when i got there. the guy said the front axle is an after market axle. since i've never had the axle replaced i wonder about this!
snack
ice cream sandwich
it was fun to drive the car without the check engine light!

watched holmes and poirot in the evening. enjoyed both episodes.
