woke up at about 7:00 this morning. a little bit before the alarm.

dragging a bit this morning.

elizabeth went to oatlands to do another walking tour.

i left the house at 10:00.

snack

clif's bar
iced tea

worked from 10:30 to 3:45. seemed to take a long time.

lunch

a small amount of chinese food
brown rice
coke

forgot my phone this morning. felt odd not having a phone at all.

got home at around 4:20. watched the special features on i love you, man.

dinner

chicken a la bear
green peas
iced tea

we watched an episode of hamish mcbeth on dvd. then watched it's a wonderful life on nbc.
