raining in the am. slow trip to the train station. got on the train about 2 minutes before it departed. train had electrical problems. we got into alexandria 15 minutes late. however, i was only into the office about 6 minutes late.
busy in the morning. markedly cold inside.

worked until 5:30 to make for some time off for a doctor's appointment. all caught up now.
got home at about 8:00.

watched an episode of the last detective. pretty good one. fell asleep on the couch. just plain exhausted. felt better after the nap. came up to bed around 12:30
