we heard that piper lane would be closed again on wednesday so elizabeth planned to drive in with me.

e. was ready in good time. we drove to warrenton. we thought we'd have enough time but we had to pay for parking. e. worked the computer and i caught the 7:26 train. e. caught the next one. she took one for the team.
monthly meeting at work today. kind of fun.

three slices

mr. pibb
it started poring rain at just about 4:45. rain came down in sheets. i couldn't go to the metro until about 5:15 so i missed the connecting train.
met e. at manassas at around 7:30. we went to foster's grill for dinner.

steak and cheese sandwich

iced tea
food was pretty good but the experience of eating at foster's is just not so hot.
huge headache by the time we got home. poring rain from manassas to home.
watched a little tv. did dishes. went to bed.
