woke up about 10 minutes early this morning. stretched until the alarm went off.
breakfast
bagel w/ butter
banana
oj
coffee
iced tea
e. drove into broad run with me this morning. she has an interview in the late afternoon and will have to come back on the metro.
left the house at about 7:10 and rode the 7:50 train.
stopped at trader joes on the way to work. very hot in the morning.
lunch
steak and cheese sub
root beer
way too much food!!!!!

left the office at 5:30. vre was late. got to broad run at 7:00. e. called and said she was on her way to the metro. drove from broad run to vienna. just as i left it started to rain. serious downpour pretty much the whole way to vienna.
stopped at wawa on the way home.

turkey ranch sandwich
chips
ice cream bar
iced tea
from wawa. got home after 9:00. long day.
