arrived at the office before 8:00.

eggs (2, hard boiled)

cq almanac, ebsco spreadsheet, email, average cost info and started packing in the morning.
lunch
steak and blue cheese wrap
snickers
iced tea
pretty good. lots of people having meetings in the cafeteria at lunch.

left the office at 4:30. vre was not very crowded. seemed like a fair number of people took their kids to work.
dinner
pizza (1 sl)
asian tofu
shrimp purses
green tea
groceries at wegmans. rachel was there. she's going back to school soon. says she's going to major in arabic. always nice to see her. didn't see a lot of folks that i know last night.
harris teeter for the rest of the groceries.
