thought i might sleep in the morning since i didn't have the long commute in the am. woke up around 6:00. tried to go back to sleep. ended up getting up.

checked out and sat in the lobby. had a cup of coffee with a group of CQ folks. we walked over to the office together at around 8:30.

catered from downstairs. good sandwiches.

demo of jira in the early afternoon by ben. very impressive software.

bus tour from about 2:30 to 6:00. went to the capitol, the wwii memorial, the lincoln memorial, the mlk memorial and the white house. a lot of walking but it was fun.

we went to buffalo billiards at dupont circle in the evening.

fat tire beer. didn't really like the beer or the food. left around 7:30. jerry and i rode the metro together. got to vienna at around 8:40. elizabeth picked me up. got home around 9:30.

woke up on the couch at about 12:30. went up to bed. very tired!
