woke up just before the alarm this morning. slept ok. a little hot in the house.

got out of the house on time this morning. at the vre about 8 minutes ahead. sat close to the front today.
saw the geese again this morning.
stopped at whole foods on the way in. can't believe i've been going to trader joe's when the whole foods was right there. at work around 8:30.

left the office around 4:30. train was pretty crowded. pouring rain at rolling road. sun was out at broad run.
elizabeth is catching a later train.

at mcdonalds. not very good.
got home before 7:30. fed karma. did dishes. started some laundry.
elizabeth got home around 8:15. we channel surfed a bit and then went to bed.
