falling behind on the old blog.
slept in a little on friday. doctor's appointment in the am. if i get up to early it's hard to maintain the fast.
left the house at 7:30. got to ffx city at about 8:15. listening to busman's honeymoon. getting close to the end.
put on weight per the doctor's scale. that explains why my knees are acting up. odd that my clothes aren't getting tight. need to pick up the exercise and cut back the snacks.

at denny's in ffx city. pretty good.
older lady at the next table making calls the whole time. apparently she had the day off and was at a loose end.
parked at vienna and took the orange line in. arrived just before 11:00.

pizza (1 slice)

i had the version of the reuben from the cafeteria. they call it a cloak and dagger or something of the like. didn't realize they had pizza until i'd ordered the reuben. had one slice. pretty good.
left the office around 6:00. stopped at wegmans on the way home for some items.

jenna and jamie in cafe. jill says linda is now managing the seafood department.
very tired in the evening. went to bed early.
