written on 11 december
woke up when the alarm went off at 4:50. right arm pretty much incapacitated when i woke up. very hard to get out of bed.
decided to go back to bed until about 7:00. couldn't go to work.
breakfast
cereal
oj
coffee
iced tea
kambucha
read, napped, did some chores, checked email during the day. watched some tv.
lunch
peanut butter and jelly sandwichhes
cashews
iced tea
elizabeth got home around 7:30
dinner
pizza (4)
salad
from tony's. e. picked it up on the way home.
watched riley and foyle in the evening.
