i got up at 4:50 in the morning. tried to be quite since maria and candy were sleeping.

left the house around 6:05. found that it was snowing. actually coming down hard and starting to stick a little.
vre lot was fairly empty. parked very close. realized when i got to the station that i had not taken my gloves.
realized when i got on the train that i had forgotten my glasses. great day so far.
freezing cold snow and wind made the short walk from the vre to l'enfant really uncomfortable. fairly crowded on metro. walk from foggy to the office was cold and wet. heel was getting numb as i went.
arrived at 8:30.

left for home at about 4:30. very cold, very uncomfortable. vre train was very light. got home around 7:10.

tried to watch bowling for columbine. a little too strident for me. dishes and then bed around 10:30.
