woke up at the usual time in the morning. shoulder is much better.

monthly team meeting in the afternoon. mgp had a bottle of wine from john's winery for us to try. pretty good. i'm not much of a red wine person, though.
stopped to help a gent in his wheel chair on the way to the metro. it took longer than usual to get there. trains were running further apart then usual. i got to the vre platform as the train arrived. got a seat to myself.
not feeling well on the way home. stopped at arby's to use the bathroom. got a dr. pepper.
