hard to get up in the morning. very stiff back. hit snooze a few times.
remembered to take the trash out in the am. lots of it!

going too slow to catch the 6:40. in fact, almost missed the 7:20.

at cosmo cafe. cold for the walk from foggy to the office.
arrived around 9:00.
jan came in late and has to go to the doctor. bad cold.

scott brought in belgian chocolate. quite good stuff.

did not feel well in the afternoon. a little dizzy. a little sick.
caught the 5:11 train. not as crowded as expected. had to stop for gas on the way home. waited in line. finally got to the pump and found a sign that said the pump had no hi-octane gas. thanks. waited again.
drank a dr. pepper to try to settle my stomach. feeling quite ill be the time i got home.
didn't eat any dinner. went to bed around 10:00.
