woke up at about 5:00. stiff and sore but mostly ok.

very cold in the morning. i think it was 11 when i left the house. caught the 6:40 train.

crowded train from l'enfant to foggy. pretty darn chilly walk!

left for the metro at a little after 4:30. pretty cold on the way to foggy bottom. got to l'enfant about five minutes before the train. train was not very full. met e. at broad run. decided to stop for salad bar on the way home.
stopped at h-t to get salad bar and a few other things. got home around 7:30.

we watched an episode of the last detective with roger daltrey. pretty good. got to bed around 11:00.
