dentist appointment in morning so i got to sleep in a little. got up at 6:30.
very sore back. must have slept in an odd position. lower left side is aching like crazy. slow going to get showered and dressed.

left at about 7:40. traffic mostly ok on 66. very slow on 50/main street. got to the dentist at 8:40. went immediately back. no cavities. dr. miller is on a two week vacation starting tomorrow. nice for him.
i stopped at anita's for a real breakfast.

quite good. anita's has the best bacon. got to the metro around 9:50. had to drive around a long time to find a parking space. got to the office just after 11:00.

worked until about 6:15. very cold walking to the metro. came very close to catching a train in the wrong direction. forgot that i drove to metro.

at donato's pizza in ffx city. donato's is in the new strip mall on 29/50 near the outback steak house.
pretty good sub. pretty good salad.
got home around 8:30. watched the end of sherlock holmes (the solitary cyclist) and a poirot (the dream)
dishes and then bed.
