another hot, humid day. it is summer so i guess i shouldn't be surprised.

finally got the cover off the pool this morning. the pool guy may need nuclear devices to clear the water. the smell is just overpowering. i keep irritating an abdominal muscle and did it again. gets v sore. loosens up when i move around. gets stiff and sore again when i sit and work.

grilled ham and swiss sandwich
cantaloupe and blueberries

scoop of swiss chocolate ice cream
watched an episode of magnum w/ tyne daly. pretty silly.
