woke up at about 5:00. went back to bed. slept in until about 7:00. felt fairly well. went downstairs and had a lovely bout of illness at about 8:30. just when i thought i was over whatever the hell i had.
fasted most of the day. ate some jello. drank soda, tea, and water.
watched soccer. read a little. watched some movies.
felt well enough in the evening to eat dinner
dinner
bowl of soup
buttered toast
watched an episode of lovejoy that included tinker's sister.
went to bed early.
