not well on thursday night. felt better when i woke up on friday. up early to feed the cats. at about 5:10.

breakfast

bagel w/ butter
oj
banana
kambucha

fairly easy to park at broad run. got pretty close. sat down next to a woman on the blue line. it turned out to be someone from cq. it turned out to be january layman-jones.

very hungry when i got to work.

snack

bagel w/ cc
donut
coffee

meetings at 11 and 1 today. kind of meeting happy.

lunch

gyro
fries
small salad
iced tea

left the office around 5:00 in the rain. ankle giving me problems.

very crowded on the blue line.

it was raining pretty hard in the evening. vre was running on flash flood warnings. 15 miles an hour all the way. left alexandria at 5:50 or so. arrived at broad run at about 8:00. starving.

poring rain when i got to broad run.

at red robin. pretty good. way too many fries today.

poring rain when i left. long drive home in blinding rain.

fed cats. started dishes. went upstairs to put on dry clothes at around 9:30. woke up at 3:30. heard the tv still on downstairs. sat down to put on shoes. woke up at 6:45.
