when i got to work. hungry for no good reason.
pretty bad seminar at noon.

italian grinder sandwich

small salad
sandwich was free for taking the seminar. still hungry so i got the small salad after.
metro train went out of service at crystal city. i thought my best bet was to switch over to vre from there. i rushed through crystal city not knowing what time the train would arrive. i did catch the train with a little time to spare.
