up fairly early to take the car in for work on the rear brakes.
waited at curry's for about an hour for e. to pick me up. two cats waiting there also. a really nice guy who was apparently in the army. he told me about his knee replacement surgery. says he's a real pain to go through security with. other guy there was one of this people who knows everything. reminded me a little of jeff at atlis only not quite as giant.
ran some errands in warrenton while waiting for the car.
lunch
roast beef sandwich
salad
tea
at panera
went to the library and then to blue ridge. e. got sun glasses.
car was ready around 2:30. stopped at zinga for frozen yogurt on the way home.

did laundry, dishes, some other chores at home.
