slept in a little this morning. didn't get up until 6:30.

left the house at 7:30 to go to fairfax. dentist appointment at 8:30. made good time for the first part and then crawled on 66 because of a fender bender. got to the office at 8:37. technician was waiting for me.
tough time today. headache when i left. didn't see the normal dentist. they have me a referral for a dentist who diagnoses tmj.
carlos o'kelly's is gone. it is now a piero's corner. ffx city has changed a lot.

we walked to the shake shack near conn. ave. and walked back with the food. enjoyed it. went with jerry, ed, lorna, colton, andre, ben, sal, and scott. pretty good walk. tired me out.

worked until 6:00. caught an orange line train home. left at 6:00 and arrived at vienna metro at around 7:00. pretty quick. bad traffic in ffx city.
stopped at 7/11 for a drink and a snack.
