fasting this morning for a doctor's appointment

saw the dr. at 9:00. bp ok. did blood and urine tests. call back in about a week for test results.

he recommended that i see the dentist about the sore spot on my tongue.

anita's is my traditional breakfast after going to the doctor. thank goodness i only see the doctor 3 times a year. i can't eat like this regularly.
