chicken strips (4 piece) w/ polynesian sauce at Chik-fil-a
waffle cut fries
iced tea

i checked the nutrition info on this on-line. looks like the three piece would be a better idea. char-grilled chicken sandwich is an even better choice. better have slaw instead of fries next time.

by the way, large shake is 700 calories. 700!

dinner

spaghetti w/ tomato sauce
salad
whole grain bread and butter
iced tea
