i woke up at about 5:00 in the morning. karma came into the room. i decided to get on line since i didn't feel sleepy. onl-line for about an hour when i fell asleep again in the chair.woke up after 45 minutes feeling poorly. headache that had been a mild nuisance since yesterday was now quite bad.
went downstairs and drank oj and took some tylenol. no effect for a while. watched the news and drank tea. fell asleep for a little while. headache was a bit better when i woke up.

iced tea
headache gone by about 10:00.

organic beefaroni. pretty good. would have been quite good if the pasta was not so well cooked. much prefer al dente.
job fair in arlington in the afternoon. not many businesses represented so i wasn't expecting much but i actually used up all my resumes. don't know if anything with come of it.

caffe mocha
at panera in ballston also
long drive home from arlington. could not go the direct root.
watched part of the dog show when i got home. watched part of inception when elizabeth went to bed. better with the captions on.
