0601 32 deg F clear, calm
i used the bipap again last night. i slept with it for about 1.5-2 hours. i felt like i had the mask adjusted better this time. need to adjust the humidifier. need a magnifier or glasses next to the machine to make it easier to restart when i'm groggy in the middle of the night.
in the last two nights i've only gotten up to go to the bathroom twice during the night. usual is three or four. seems to be related to the bipap. don't know why.
i've got to look at rearranging the room. hard to get to the machine as it is.
woke up at 0520 this morning. felt ok. knees, elbows not aching so much. shoulder was quite stiff.

i went down to breakfast at about 0630. elizabeth was already down. she had to be at tudor place by 1000.

mostly doing chores today. cleaned and mopped the kitchen. mopped the front hall. cleaned downstairs bathroom. did some laundry.
e. took the vw to dc. paseo was nearly out of gas.

club soda
dinner
bowl of potato soup
salad
iced tea
jean and lionel at 1900. two doc martin repeats at 2000. an episode of the simpsons while waiting for my tea to finish.
