woke up at about 3:00 in the morning feeling very badly. took an aleve and drank some tea. slept until 7:00. woke up a bit disoriented. karma and fiona were chasing around up and down stairs. fairly unusual for them.
decided to log onto the computer at that time but fell asleep.woke up again at 8:30 and went downstairs.
elizabeth annoyed at me. not sure why.

we watched as time goes by, a show on channel 4 about embassies in DC and their kitchens, two episodes of Doc Martin.
