i woke up at about 4:45 this morning and felt awake. i went downstairs at about 5:00 and went between the news and espn. realized at about 6:00 that elizabeth had not come down yet. went up to see if she was sick. she had slept through her alarm.
i fed most of the cats and made coffee because e. was behind schedule. i'm very hit or miss on the coffee front. sometimes good, sometimes bad. not so good today.

iced tea
e. zipped through the getting ready stages in record time and we actually got to the train early. i was very impressed.
went to planet fitness after the train:
treadmill: 20 min, moderate
weights: 20 min, moderate weights
bike: 12 min, weight loss program
weights: 12 min, moderate
the last few times i've used too much weight and i've hurt my rt elbow or my l shoulder. less weight is better. i'm going to try to do more reps next week.

stopped at target on the way to vre to pick up a few groceries.
elizabeth caught a later train. train arrived around 6:45.

four cheese ravioli w/ marinari sauce
9 grain artisan bread, toasted w/ butter
iced tea
watched tv until about 9:00. about half or a little more of the green mile. betty to bed at 9:00. i came up around 10:00 and red true grit for a while.
woke up a lot during the night. bad dreams but i don't remember them.
