i woke up about 10 minutes before the alarm. felt very disoriented this morning. went downstairs at 6:10 and watched the weather.

knee very sore but it felt fine when i woke up. strange.
missed the train at vre. left a tiny bit late and got behind a big batch of cars. drove over to vienna.

stopped at wawa on the way home for gas. $3.17 per gallon.

roofing guy arrived at about 11:45. i was surprised he came today. he was surprised we still had so much snow. he was coming from stevens city (about 60 miles away) and apparently they had less snow. we chatted for a bit. seemed like a nice buy. he'd been working as a roofer for more than 20 yrs.

from wawa. very good. i haven't had a wawa sub in a very long time. much better if you buy it and then refrigerate it for a few hours.
roofer finished at about 3:00. it was nice to see the siding back in place. he also fixed the light that has been drooping for a few years and cleared the problem in the gutter. huge help.

the had them at wawa. i hadn't seen a tasty klair in about 5 or 6 years. guess i hadn't looked at wawa.
e. called to say she's leaving a little late so she be on the later train.
met the train. got home at about 7:30.

egg salad (1.5 sandwiches) w/ swiss
iced tea
we found tootsie on going around the dial. watched for about an hour. going to bed early tonight. i have an early call in the morning.
"his violin is at the bottom of the lake?" "he was playing during the thaw."
