got up with the alarm at 5:30. dragged in the morning.

just barely got out the door in time. passed several school buses just before the stop sign came out. made it to the vre with about 8 minutes to spare but i felt like i was going to be late.
missed the normal metro train. caught the one about 8 minutes later. not quite as crowded as monday but still quite packed.
arrived at work just before 9:00.
working and handbooks and encyclopedias today.

left work with jerry at about 5:00. i didn't want to hold him up. we left together and by m street he was nearly a block ahead. never realized how slow i walked until i started walking in dc.
got home at around 7:15. starving!

hot dogs (2) w/ chili

cole slaw

dessert
ice cream bar
we watched an episode of murdoch and then part of a show about the titanic. fell asleep on the couch. knee is a bit swollen and sore.
