got going a little later than usual. still got to the train in plenty of time. parking lot was really full.
started to rain on the way to work. ducked under an awning to get my umbrella. made me think of rain in the doorway by thorne smith.

caught up on dishes, balanced check book, and paid a few bills in the evening.
